CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At ASTATINE IT COMPANY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Before initiating any disputes, we encourage our valued clients to contact us directly so we can address any issues. Our email address and phone number are included in the receipt sent after payment.

Once we begin the design process, it requires several hours of dedication, hard work, and internal expenses to create the design. Therefore, by signing up with us, you acknowledge that your payment is non-refundable.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to be bound by it. Payments for web design projects, logo design, initial website mockups, plugin integration, web hosting, SEO services, domain registration, and all smaller design components are non-refundable once made. We strongly advise customers to conduct thorough research before trusting us to provide the products and services discussed via phone, email, or text.

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to deliver what was promised or if the project’s completion takes significantly longer than described. A change of mind or friendly fraud by customers after signing up will not result in a refund.

Instead of issuing a chargeback, we urge you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Disputing a valid charge from us is considered fraud and is not an appropriate or legal method of obtaining a refund. Payments made by the customer through a payment link or by responding to an invoice cannot be disputed as fraudulent charges.

Please be aware that when a chargeback occurs, we incur fees from the payment processor, resulting in a financial loss for us. Additionally, a higher dispute rate and refund percentage can negatively impact our reputation as a merchant. We ask customers to discuss their concerns with us rather than initiate a dispute. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 45 days. Immediate refunds cannot be provided, as we must first cover incurred expenses and allow funds to become available.

Refunds for cancellations can only be processed if the customer notifies us immediately after making the payment. No refunds will be granted if the web hosting subscription has already started. Reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with a partner,” or any unrelated matters will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. ASTATINE IT COMPANY reserves the right to grant or deny any refund requests.
